You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for
a full refund. Sale items or special order items are not-refundable. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error. Before returning any item you must contact us by
mail, e-mail, fax or telephone to receive a return authorization.
We cannot accept returns of certain items,
including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tape, that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If the video or cassette or DVD is defective, we will exchange this item for the same item.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged (other than damage occurred during shipment).
